"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear in that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the World. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people won’t feel unsure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. As we let our own Light shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

The episode, aptly titled "Charged Up," is a profound exploration of how harnessing the energy within us can lead to greater peace and joy in our lives.
Kisa opens the episode by guiding us through a 60-second gratitude exercise, encouraging listeners to contemplate and record the things they're thankful for. This practice sets the tone for the episode, highlighting the importance of recognizing and harnessing positive energy.
Kisa candidly shares her own gratitude list, touching on personal elements like her sense of humor, access to educational resources, and her loving but occasionally nerve-wracking mother. The central theme of the episode revolves around the idea that everything in life is energy. Kisa delves into how our thoughts, emotions, and even money are forms of energy. She references the book "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" by T. Harv Eker to underline this point and invokes Einstein's iconic formula, E=mc², to further elucidate the concept.
Kisa prompts listeners to contemplate where they source their energy and how they recharge themselves. Through meditation, prayer, and other positive practices, Kisa shares how she recharges and stays in touch with her inner energy. She also challenges listeners to discover what ignites that tingle within their own bodies, encouraging self-awareness and personal growth.
To enrich the episode, Kisa introduces a guided meditation by Bob Proctor, who played a pivotal role in her meditation journey. This meditation experience is a valuable addition, allowing listeners to tap into their own energy and find a sense of peace and tranquility.
