No problem—our theater servers have you covered. • Enjoy nightly food and drink specials! Parking Tips • Limited street parking is available. For closest access, we recommend spots at 939 W. North Avenue lot or 1467 N. Dayton via Spothero. Seating & Arrival • Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Seating is first-come, first-served basis. Skip the box office—head straight to your theater and show your ticket at the host podium for seating. Theater Code of Conduct • By entering The iO Theater, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct. With advance notice, tickets may be exchanged for another performance or date, subject to availability; any price difference will be charged. In limited circumstances, a gift card may be issued in lieu of a refund. All exchanges and credits must be requested prior to showtime, have no cash value, and canceled performances will be honored for a rescheduled date or issued a credit at the theater’s discretion.
