Not The NHL Combine Show Saturday 10/31 at 9p The NHL draft combine, also called the NHL scouting combine, is an annual multi-day event for prospective players of the National Hockey League (NHL). Prior to the NHL entry draft, the NHL Central Scouting Bureau, which manages the event, invites about 100 pro-hockey prospects to the combine. Players undergo medical, fitness, and charisma testing. This is not that. This Halloween (Saturday 10/31) at 9p, for the first time in history, we’re giving the public backstage passes to the UCL Draft Combine. An inaugural event managed by the Union Comedy League Credible Scouting Bureau. Watch aspiring athletes put their skills, instincts, and questionable vibes on stage for everyone to see. Expect hard-hitting questions, a lot of nervous sweats, and unexpected raw athletic talent that no one expects an improviser to have. Come see who makes the cut to get pulled up to major league of a team that doesn’t exist… yet. -------------------------------------------------- SATURDAY NIGHTS AT UNION COMEDY A different show every week at 9p. Saturday Selects brings a different monthly show to the stage every Saturday at 9p. Each show features new lineups, fun formats, and a bunch of great performers. A rotating lineup of hilarious performers brings you an hour of storytelling and improv inspired by real life. Plus, at the end of the night, one lucky audience member wins a jar of pickles. For real. We don’t joke about pickles. DOUBLE DOWN Second Saturdays at 9PM Two people. One stage. Zero buffers. Each month has a brand new lineup of improv duos, each with their own style and structure. Some have a plan. Others find it as they go. We love them all. Unpredictable sets from pairs of besties who know how to double down. ...we'll see ourselves out. STUDENT MIXER Third Saturdays at 9PM Where the community shows up to play. Union Comedy students (past & present), instructors, and house team performers all mixed together on the same stage. No side coaching. No notes or debriefs. Just a big bunch of baddies ready to get silly. Part show, part hang, always full fun. MISHMASH: AFTER DARK Fourth Saturdays at 9PM Improv, now with singing. All made up. Not safe for kids. An improvised musical made up on the spot. Just like our all-ages our Saturday afternoon show…except this one is way past bedtime. We get a little naughtier at night, so leave the kids at home. This one’s just for you. >> Bring the kids to All Ages MISHMASH. Every other Saturday at 4p.
