He has released two comedy specials — Detroit Player (2024) and his newest self-produced hour, Good Son (2026) — both available on YouTube. He is also co-creator and host of the LowKey Comedy Show with Matt Rife, and the duo's LowKey Comedy Special has generated millions of views through widely shared digital clips. Elia's screen work includes recurring sketch appearances on Conan and roles in Lady Dynamite, Ramy, and Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. He is a series regular on #1 Happy Family USA, voicing multiple characters including fan-favorite Uncle Ahmed, and recurs in season two of BET+'s Diarra From Detroit.
