PSA: Pelvic Service Announcement Presented by the Boston Fringe Festival When an uptight mom of teens seeks help for some diffuse midsection issues, she discovers her ignorance about her body’s most basic functions – in spite of her OB/GYN father! Veltman shares it all in this raw and ridiculous extravaganza featuring unhinged characters, music, videos, and a medically unsanctioned chart. If you’re reading this, you have a pelvic floor; you’ll leave this brisk comedy knowing why it matters. Amy Veltman is a New York City comedian and storyteller who’s performed and hosted comedy shows and fundraising events across the country. She has an MFA in Filmmaking from NYU with honors in screenwriting. Amy was the producer and co-host of a weekly podcast, 2 Moms on The Couch, which, like her comedy, features her edgy take on motherhood, marriage, and being an outsider in an insider’s world. She lives with her husband and has two kids who are legal adults, but it sounds weird to say she has two legal adults.
