Let's Go Mental - Open Mic @ Hotel Edison Times Square (228 W 47 St New York) Sign up, show up, go up – 10 comics, cap. 5 mins each. Join us every Wednesday, 5:00-6:00 PM, at the Hotel Edison's Times Square lobby for "Let’s Go Mental," a free standup comedy open mic supporting the 988 Lifeline, co-sponsored by GuberJokes.com and Stand Up NY. Please come sign in by 4:55 PM and would appreciate it if you could stay for the hour, respecting other comedians. The mic show is in a public, family-oriented space, so please keep your material PG-13. Try out new jokes or parts of your usual set. It is a beautiful space, with people coming in and out, expect them to sit and watch or just pass on by. It should be fun; it is a great workout for comedians. Feel free to do crowd work. Attention Comics: What’s PG-13? PG-13 means no cursing, no sexually explicit and graphic content, and no suicide jokes.
